Who is Warren Ziegler?
Warren Ziegler, international educator and futurist, led a remarkable and varied life. For over five decades, he traveled the globe many times and visited with people from all walks of life. Born in New York in 1927, he served in World War II in the U.S. Navy, then completed college and graduate school at the University of Chicago. He sold pots and pans door-to-door, and municipal bonds on Wall Street. He was a union organizer and labor educator on public policy and race relations. In senior positions in Washington D.C. for the Kennedy and Johnson administrations in the 1960s, he helped to start the U.S. Peace Corps and served as its Regional Director in Eastern Nigeria.
Beginning in 1970, Warren pioneered numerous educational programs at universities and corporations in the U.S. and abroad; including graduate courses on policy planning, future imaging, adult and post-secondary education. His innovative techniques are still used today in a variety of organizations, communities, and groups around the world. He was Director of the Educational Policy Research Center at Syracuse University in New York for six years. During this time, he was also a Senior Fellow to the Center for Discovery and Invention, the C.W. Post Campus at Long Island University, and the Learning Center for Creative Change at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.
Through FIA International LLC, founded in 1976 in Denver, Colorado, Warren Ziegler and associates taught his practical strategies for personal and professional transformation: to local, state, and federal government agencies; corporations and professional organizations (e.g., the Brookings Institute, Kellogg Foundation, Ford Foundation, O.E.C.D., UNESCO); schools, colleges, and universities; civic and community groups, religious orders; regional, national, and international organizations.
Warren Zieglers extensive publications cover all topics of his learning programs, including civic literacy and deep imaging, plus a series of Mindbooks and Guidebooks. His book Ways of Enspiriting (with four audio cassettes) reveals the seven disciplines for how to listen to your spirit and transform your relationships, career, and yourself. His book When Your Spirit Calls defines the nine archetypes of the spirit and how to identify your destiny.
Having completed a full legacy to help the world, Warren Ziegler lived to the age of seventy-seven. In 2004, his loving wife, Mandy, and son, Zach, began the final steps of seeing Warrens life work completed, to honor his commitment to help people listen to their spirit and live with their spirit as their guide.

|
|
Enspiriting is about entering into dialogue with your spirit so that is expresses itself in your life, work, relationships, and relevant world and action settings in new ways. The ways of enspiriting are disciplined practices that help us to re-engage with our spirit in a culture which, for several hundred years, has denied spirit its place in our lives.
