Enspiriting involves working through seven purposeful disciplines. The first three: Deep Listening, Deep Questioning, and Deep Imaging emphasize discovery and practice at the individual level.
The fourth discipline, Deep Learning, is an unconventional way of learning a "spirit experiencing its own learning." Pivotal to comprehending Enspiriting, Deep Learning is where spirit is met face-to-face, most often in times of emphatic joy or tremendous pain.
The final three disciplines: Intentioning, Discerning, and Dialogue, are undertaken within a community of learners and participants. Settings could be within a corporation, school, church, neighborhood center, professional or civic organization on a local or national level, or a small group of friends.
